Therapy Sessions
Experience a compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals with guidance and support. I am dedicated to collaborating with you to achieve the clarity or changes in your life that you are seeking. Therapeutic services are available to clients residing in Massachusetts.
Sessions are:
via telehealth
$180 for the initial consultation
$150 for ongoing sessions
Documented with a superbill so that you may be reimbursed (depending on your insurance benefits)
Executive Functioning Coaching
Discover ways to strengthen skills like organization, time management, focus, and planning. These skills impact everyone from a young adult navigating college or independent living, to a parent trying to manage life’s responsibilities while caregiving. My approach includes empowering individuals to meet goals, reduce overwhelm, and function more effectively in daily life. Whether you have a neurodivergent condition or not, individuals can benefit from even one session of executive functioning coaching. Session costs start at $125. Clients can be based anywhere in the world for coaching sessions.
Professional Supervision
Develop your clinical skills and professional identity through supportive LICSW supervision—designed to guide LCSWs toward licensure with confidence, clarity, and ethical integrity. I offer encouraging, reflective, and knowledgeable guidance to deepen clinical proficiency and navigate the licensing process in Massachusetts.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, both from Boston University. I offer individual counseling via telehealth and strive to create a therapeutic space that’s safe, accepting, and free of judgment—where you can explore your experiences, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique journey. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and other strengths-based methods to tailor care that fits your needs and goals. Whether you're seeking support during a life transition, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you build resilience and reconnect with your sense of self.
In my years of experience across hospital, residential, and community settings, I’ve supported clients in both short-term and long-term therapy—always honoring your pace and right to shift direction as needed. I also bring a multidisciplinary perspective from supervising students in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation counseling.
I’m committed to practicing with cultural humility and aligning my work with anti-racist values. I strive to be an active ally to BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities and to offer a space where all identities are seen and affirmed.
